Ready to Take Charge of a Busy Warehouse Operation?We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving logistics business that is looking for a driven and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to help keep their operation running at peak performance. Working within a fast-moving 3PL environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring productivity, service levels and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
What You’ll Be Doing*Leading and inspiring warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets.
*Coordinating warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
*Monitoring performance, productivity and KPIs, taking action where required.
*Supporting stock accuracy, operational compliance and process improvements.
*Ensuring all warehouse paperwork and system updates are completed correctly.
*Championing a strong Health & Safety culture across the site.
*Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
*Supporting employee development, coaching and performance management.
*Monitoring warehouse equipment and reporting maintenance requirements.
*Stepping into the Warehouse Manager’s role when needed.
What We’re Looking For*Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse setting.
*Essential experience working within a 3PL logistics operation.
*Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and distribution.
*Experience managing KPIs, productivity targets and service levels.
*Excellent communication and people management skills.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
*Organised, hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong commitment to Health & Safety and operational best practice.
