Description
- Work with operational and functional leaders to provide strategic advice and challenge
- Identify and evaluate risks, opportunities and emerging business challenges - communicate these to key stakeholders to support effective decision making
- Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, setting clear objectives for the team
- Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance review processes, and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership.
- Maintain KPIs and performance reporting frameworks.
- Lead and support business transformation and change initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (including Procurement, IT, Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Core Finance and Project Accounting) to deliver strategic priorities and organisational improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
- Influence decision-making through insights, analysis, and data-driven recommendations
- Represent the business partnering function in key forums and governance meetings
Profile
My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
*Fully qualified accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
*Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
*Stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadership
*Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
*Significant experience in a Business Partner, strategic analysis or management reporting and analysis role
*The ability to start at short notice


Job Offer
- A day rate commensurate with experience, up to a maximum of £500 per day (Umbrella company) or £440 per day (paye)
