The Role

As a Mortgage Adviser, you’ll provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The business offers a combination of company-generated and self-generated opportunities, with the same competitive split applied regardless of lead source. This makes the role particularly attractive for advisers who are looking for consistency and a fair reward structure.
What’s on Offer?*60/40 split on all business written, including both company-provided and self-generated lead
*Company-generated leads available
*Self-generated business accelerator available once annual banking exceeds £120,000 (subject to discussion after Year 1)
*Fully remote position with complete flexibility over working hours
*No administration support as standard, however support is available when workloads become particularly busy
*Low annual DPL fee of just £60
