Cleaning & Hygiene Operative – ChepstowLocation: Chepstow
Pay: £13.45 per hour PAYE
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm
Contract: Term Time Only
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning & Hygiene Operative to work within a school environment in Chepstow.
Duties include:*Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and washing floors
*Dusting and polishing
*Emptying bins
*Cleaning toilets and sanitary areas
*Cleaning walls and other surfaces as required
*Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment
*Using vacuum cleaners and polishing/scrubbing machines
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
*Reporting faulty cleaning equipment
*Following Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:*Previous cleaning or hygiene experience
*Ability to work Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm
*Reliable and able to work to required cleaning standards
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Willingness to undertake relevant training
*Appointment is subject to an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barred List Check
