Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a busy operation and make a real impact? We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and lead a successful team within a fast-paced logistics environment in Maidstone.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and health & safety compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
*Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff through effective management and coaching.
*Oversee goods-in, storage, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
*Monitor KPIs and identify areas for operational improvement.
*Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained.
*Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
*Manage warehouse resources effectively to maximise efficiency.
*Collaborate with transport, production, and customer service teams to meet business requirements.
*Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
*Support recruitment, training, and performance management activities.

Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, or Distribution Manager.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
*Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
*Understanding of Health & Safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
