Full job description*To provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to children and families in community settings, such as Clinics, Child Development Centres, education settings and client’s homes, working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to support the holistic assessment, diagnosis and intervention of children and young people according to agreed SLT packages of care and pathways.
*To use highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills when working with professionals, children and young people within a community environment
*To work with the service leads from within the Neurodevelopmental Pathway to develop packages of care and pathways
*To contribute to the development of the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team.
