Full job descriptionAs we arrive at the home straight of another exciting year in recruitment, we are now beginning to focus on our plans for 2027 and beyond. 2026 has been another fantastic year for Mitchell Adam, not only have we grown as a business but we have learnt so much along the way. Possibly the most significant takeaway has been that we feel a lot more empowered and in control of our future.
We have hired three Trainee Consultants over the last 12 months and all of them are now confident and capable recruiters that are contributing revenue and managing flourishing desks. Therefore, we know identifying and hiring top talent will drive our continued success, we have a comprehensive training scheme that offers continued support throughout your journey so if you have the right attitude, we will be able to support you in achieving your recruitment career goals.
