*Shift pattern worked across 5 days
*52 weeks per year
*Full-time, permanent opportunity
About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children, helping them to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging activities

Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress

Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
Requirements
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
