Starting in January 2027, this Monday to Friday role would suit someone at the beginning of their property career or with some previous lettings, sales or customer service experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge, build relationships with landlords and tenants, and gain valuable experience within a residential estate agency.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Responding to enquiries from prospective tenants and registering their property requirements
*Arranging and conducting property viewings across Southampton and the surrounding areas
*Presenting properties professionally and highlighting their key features
*Following up with applicants after viewings and gathering feedback
*Assisting with negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants to help secure lets
*Supporting the lettings team with administration, updating property records and progressing applications
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*An interest in residential property and a desire to build a career in lettings
*Previous estate agency, lettings or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential
*Customer service, retail or sales experience would also be considered
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*A friendly, confident and professional manner
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*A willingness to learn, take responsibility and work as part of a team
*A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings
