Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
The OpportunityAn established and growing mortgage brokerage is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to spend more time advising and less time worrying about lead generation. The firm benefits from a strong reputation, a loyal client base, and a consistent flow of organic enquiries generated through referrals, repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing*Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
*Managing enquiries generated through the firm’s established lead sources.
*Building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
*Identifying additional protection opportunities where appropriate.
*Generating additional business through your own network and introductions where possible.
What You’ll Need*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
*CAS status preferred.
*Previous mortgage advice experience.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Russian language skills would be highly desirable due to the firm’s strong Eastern European client base, although this is not essential.
