Full job descriptionRG Consultancy are supporting an excellent law firm who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their finance team based out of their Blackburn office.
The role will report to the Finance Manager and work alongside a team of Legal Cashiers and responsibilities will include:
*Process client and office transactions
*Daily banking tasks - bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy
*Petty cash reconciliations
*Processing payments accurately and on time - bank transfers
*Purchase ledger administration
*Monthly reconciliations of nominal ledger
*Recording payments received
*Assist with year end audit preparation
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience within a Legal Cashier role but likewise can consider someone from an accounting background who is used to being part of a team.
