£65k -70k plus package
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.
You’ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion
*Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners
*Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance
*Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
*Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks
*Driving a zero-defects approach at handover
*Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives
*Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
*High-rise/high-risk building experience
*Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
*SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
*Full UK driving licence
*Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
*Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial
