Description
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build purchases
*Shared ownership transactions
*Buy-to-let matters
*Residential property portfolio work


Profile
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
*Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Strong technical knowledge across the conveyancing process.
*4 Years PQE
*Excellent client care and communication skills.
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing relationships.
*Organised and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
Job Offer
*Permanent Residential Property Lawyer position in Walton-On-Thames.
*Salary of £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Bonus.
