Love creating memorable guest experiences? A luxury hotel in Newmarket is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead its team and help deliver outstanding service at its multiple-rosette restaurant.
This is a guest-facing role for a natural host who builds rapport, leads by example and makes every guest feel genuinely looked after.
What you’ll do
*Lead the daily food and beverage operation
*Motivate, coach and develop the team
*Deliver warm, polished service and consistently high standards
*Build excellent relationships with hotel guests and restaurant diners
*Handle feedback confidently and resolve issues with care
*Work with the wider hotel team to create a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for
*Food and beverage management experience
*A strong track record in customer service and guest relations
*A confident, hands-on leader who brings out the best in a team
*A calm, professional approach and an eye for detail
*A full driving licence and access to a car — essential
Experience in a luxury hotel or rosette-awarded restaurant would be an advantage.
45 hours per week. Based in Newmarket. Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate.
