Role: Personal Injury Fee Earner
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Contract: Full time, permanent

An established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across the North West is looking to appoint a Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its growing team in Liverpool.
The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and achieving positive outcomes for its clients. Its wider practice spans a range of specialist areas, including Personal Injury, Complex Injury, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, Housing Disrepair and Group Actions.
This is a great opportunity for a PI professional looking to build on their litigation experience, manage their own caseload and develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
You will manage a caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims, predominantly Fast Track matters, with no Credit Hire work involved.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing litigated PI claims from the point of litigation through to settlement or trial
*
Progressing cases efficiently and ensuring all procedural deadlines are met
*
Advising clients and keeping them updated throughout the claims process
*
Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal and evidential documentation
*
Liaising with insurers, solicitors, counsel, experts and other third parties
*
Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial where necessary
*
Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
*
Providing a consistently high standard of client care
About You
We are interested in hearing from Personal Injury Fee Earners and Solicitors with around 1-2 years’ experience handling litigated PI claims.
You will ideally have:

Experience managing your own litigated Personal Injury caseload
*
Exposure to Fast Track claims
*
A good understanding of the litigation process and relevant court procedures
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
*
Confident communication, negotiation and client-care skills
*
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
*
A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing your career within PI litigation
