Maths Teacher - Full-Time, Long-TermLocation: Bradford, West Yorkshire

About the RoleVeritas Education is working in partnership with a supportive secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term position.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming Maths department and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will be passionate about developing students’ confidence in Mathematics, raising attainment and helping pupils build strong problem-solving and numeracy skills.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Teach a broad Mathematics curriculum, including preparation for GCSE examinations
*Assess, monitor and track student progress
*Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities
*Provide constructive feedback to support continued progress
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Contribute to departmental planning and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification
*Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting
*Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
*Confident delivering GCSE Mathematics
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*Passionate about raising attainment and supporting student progress
*Committed to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for young people
*ECTs are encouraged to apply
