Hourly Rate: £19.59 per hour
Shift: Rotating shift pattern
*Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am - 11:30am
*Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; Friday, 11:30am - 5:00pm

The Company:
A well-established precision engineering company based in Leicester, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality components for the motorsport and aerospace industries.
The Role:
*Set, operate and fault-find CNC turning machines
*Produce precision components to engineering drawings and required specifications
*Carry out in-process deburring and self-inspection
*Use a range of gauges and measuring equipment to ensure components meet required specifications
*Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
*Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment
About You:
*Previous experience working within a busy manufacturing or precision engineering environment
*Proven experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
*Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls would be advantageous
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*Good understanding of inspection and measuring equipment
*Aerospace, motorsport or other high-precision engineering experience would be advantageous
*Strong communication skills
*Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
