Senior Digital Talent PartnerDay Rate: £300-£400 per day
Contract: 6 Months
Location: London or Manchester
Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week

OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Talent Partner to support technology and digital hiring across a range of specialist disciplines. This is a sourcing-led role requiring strong stakeholder management, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities*Manage recruitment campaigns from brief to offer.
*Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
*Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage passive candidates.
*Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights.
*Manage multiple technology vacancies simultaneously.
*Support recruitment reporting and process improvements.
Requirements*Proven technology or digital recruitment experience.
*Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
*End-to-end recruitment delivery experience.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Experience recruiting across multiple technical skillsets.
*Ability to work independently and deliver at pace.
