Full job descriptionRegistered Manager with Gratia Cura Residential in Oxfordshire. A permanent role recruited by Pro Social Partners.
About the role
Shape two brand new solo homes from day one, each supporting one young person, in one building with a team of up to 35 staff. You would be the Designated Safeguarding Lead and join the senior management team. Evening and weekend flexibility is needed and some UK travel may be required.
Pay and hours
*Pay: £85,000
*Hours: Full time, permanent, company pension, free on site parking
What you need
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
*2 years or more managing an Ofsted registered children’s home
*Significant experience of learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs
*Strong safeguarding and therapeutic behaviour support
*Full driving licence and the right to work in the UK
