Full job descriptionOur client is a specialist agency dedicated to medical repatriation and assisted travel. They are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Essex working 4 days on and 4 days off between the hours of 8am and 8pm. There will be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following a probationary period. The role comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:
*Create and manage complex worldwide itineraries
*Book flights, accommodation and ground transport via GDS
*Coordinate specialist travel requirements and assistance services
*Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
*Deliver outstanding customer service in time-sensitive situations
Business Travel Consultant skills required:
*Minimum 3 years’ Travel Consultant experience
*Strong GDS experience (Amadeus preferred but not essential)
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage complex travel logistics with confidence
*A proactive, customer-focused approach
