Total Assist is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist private mental health clinic in Hertfordshire.


This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with experience in complex mental health to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with their rehabilitation, recovery and independence.


The RoleYou will support service users with complex mental health needs, delivering person-centred occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery, develop daily living skills and improve overall functioning.
Key responsibilities include:
*Completing occupational therapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
*Supporting service users to develop and maintain daily living skills and independence.
*Delivering therapeutic interventions to support recovery and wellbeing.
*Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care planning.
*Supporting meaningful activity and engagement as part of the rehabilitation process.
*Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high standards of clinical practice.


Requirements*Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
*HCPC registration.
*Experience working within mental health services.
*Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs is desirable.
*Strong communication, assessment and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
