Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Workers in Northumberland
This is to work in a Care and Support Team
Care and Support provide a holistic and integrated service for adults aged 18 and over, supporting individuals with both physical and mental health needs, working closely with a wide range of partner agencies; including drug and alcohol services, mental health practitioners, health professionals, housing services, the police, and children’s social care, to ensure coordinated and effective support.

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
