Full job descriptionFinance Assistant - 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days per week.
Near King’s Lynn

Working with a fantastic team, this diverse and busy role will involve the following tasks:
*Process purchase invoices
*Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
*Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
*Support payroll administration and assist employees with queries
*Support the Assistant Management Accountant with sales packs and month-end administration
*Support the preparation of customer on-boarding documentation and related administrative packs.
*Assist with company vehicle administration and other business support activities as required.

The person:
*The successful candidate will have previous experience in a finance or administration role
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
