We are looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our client’s Machine Shop team in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Operate one or more CNC machines within the production cell.
*Complete daily machine checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
*Read and interpret engineering drawings.
*Inspect and stamp completed work to quality standards.
*Report non-conformances and support continuous improvement activities.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
*Work closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets and delivery schedules.


What We’re Looking For
*Previous CNC operating experience within a manufacturing environment.
*Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
*Basic CNC programming knowledge is desirable.
*Good communication and problem-solving skills.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Engineering qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred.
