Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established team in Cambridge, handling a varied caseload of transactional property work for a diverse client base. This role would suit someone looking to build their experience across investment transactions, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property finance, while developing strong client relationships.
The work will span a range of sectors, offering exposure to both established businesses and clients operating in specialist and growing markets.
The role will involve:
*Advising on investment property and owner-occupier acquisitions and disposals.
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, including renewals, assignments, underlettings, licences and surrenders.
*Handling property due diligence, title investigations and reporting on development matters.

*Acting for borrowers and lenders on property funding transactions.
*Supporting corporate transactions with commercial property input.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver clear and commercially focused advice, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a high standard of client service.
About you
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience in commercial property law and a strong understanding of transactional work. Experience handling investment transactions, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters will be particularly useful.
