Location: Manufacturing Environment
Hours of Work:
*Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:40pm
*Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established production environment, producing high-quality products while working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating Flat Bed and Overlock sewing machines
*Following production specifications and work instructions
*Ensuring products meet quality standards
*Inspecting finished items for defects
*Working to production targets while maintaining accuracy
*Keeping the work area clean and organised
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements
*Previous experience operating Flat Bed and Overlock sewing machines
*Ability to work from specifications and instructions
*Strong attention to detail and quality
*Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
*Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
