Full job description*Are you an experienced Property Loss Adjuster wanting to work for a renowned established Adjusting organisation?
*Would you like to manage a varied portfolio of Commercial and Domestic Property Claims?
*Do you enjoy having your own autonomy being able to make your own decisions utilising your technical expertise?
An experienced Property Loss Adjuster is required to join a team of technical high-performing adjusters where you will help and guide customers through the claims journey from unexpected property losses, utilising you’re your technical expertise making informed decisions.
Key responsibilities:
*Take ownership of claims from notification through to settlement
*Managing a mixed caseload of domestic and commercial property claims including complex and high value
*Attend site visits, carrying out investigations and assessments to determine case, extent and validity of losses
*Communicate with policyholders/stakeholders/clients etc. ensuring an exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claims
*Interpret policy coverage and validate claims
*Write technical quality reports in line with SLA’s
*Liaise with suppliers, contractors and repair networks
*Build strong relationships with clients whilst identifying opportunities for business growth
*Maintain accurate claim records
*Identify potential fraud and escalate when required
About you:
*An experienced Property Loss Adjuster with significant experience handling both domestic and commercial losses
*Excellent investigation and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
*Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and face to face
*The ability to handle difficult situations showing empathy and being able to interpret policy wordings
*Be able to manage your own workload in a fast paced and pressured environment
*Time management skills with the ability to prioritise
*Industry qualifications or working towards
*A full clean driving licence
