Full job descriptionOwen Daniels are looking for a quality professional with experience in NCRs, 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis to join a manufacturing business operating within sectors such as aerospace, automotive, power generation and oil & gas.

This role would suit an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or Quality Technician, as well as a junior quality professional looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

*Manage and investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
*Support root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys and corrective actions.
*Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
*Ensure corrective actions are implemented and prevent repeat problems.
*Support continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have experience or exposure to NCRs, 8D, 5 Whys or similar problem-solving techniques within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, power generation, oil & gas or another engineering-led industry would be advantageous.
We’re open to candidates at different levels. You might be an established Quality Engineer, a hands-on Quality Technician or Coordinator, or someone junior with the right foundations and ambition to develop.
