What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self-Employed Lettings Manager:
*Building and developing a portfolio of residential rental properties across Oxford and the surrounding areas
*Winning new landlord instructions through networking, prospecting and maintaining strong local relationships
*Managing the lettings process, including property marketing, enquiries, viewings, offers and tenancy progression
*Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants through professional communication and excellent customer service
*Coordinating tenancy administration, renewals and compliance requirements using the systems and support available
*Developing your own business, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase instructions, revenue and long-term growth

*A track record of winning landlord instructions and building a lettings portfolio
*An established network of landlord contacts and local property connections

*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
