Full job description Leasehold Administrator Wanted – Exciting Opportunity with Gentoo!
Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland
Duration: 3 Months Initially (Ongoing Potential)
Pay: £15.57 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 36 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday (Early finish on Friday)
DBS: Basic DBS Required
Driving Licence: Essential (Pool Car Available)
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Leasehold Administrator to join Gentoo’s busy Leasehold Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a small, friendly team and play a key part in delivering excellent customer service to leaseholders across Sunderland and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Providing administrative support to the Leasehold Team
*Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and Teams
*Producing management packs, leases and customer information requests
*Raising purchase orders and repairs requests
*Maintaining accurate records and data input across internal systems
*Assisting with Section 20 correspondence, mail merges and letters
*Liaising with customers, contractors and internal departments
*Completing monthly meter readings and property inspections
*Supporting viewings and visits to leasehold properties when required
*Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*36 hours per week
*30-minute unpaid lunch break
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous administration experience
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently
*Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Leasehold or housing sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential
*Someone who can hit the ground running and get stuck in from day one
