Full job descriptionVan Driver wanted in Gloucester paying £13.00ph to £14.00ph, with starts between 04:00 and 10:00. This is an ad-hoc temporary requirement until Christmas, delivering winter products to customers. Weekend work may also be available at higher rates. Looking for your next driving role? Your Duties:*Driving a 3.5t van for deliveries and collections
*Moving vehicles around the yard and ensuring they are loaded correctly and ready for departure.
*Delivering full pallets, mostly forklifted, with occasional use of a tail lift or pallet truck.
*Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised.
*Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
*Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude.
*Being flexible and happy to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle at the same rate when required.
Requirements:*Valid UK Category B driving licence.
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
*Maximum of 9 penalty points for minor offences only.
*Physically fit and comfortable with light manual handling.
*Available for starts between 04:00 and 10:00, Monday to Friday, with some weekends.
*Reliable, flexible, professional and customer-focused attitude.
