We are seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, governance support, education, and quality improvement across a portfolio of clinics specialising in Laser Vision correction surgery, IOL surgery and Cataract surgery.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence patient care, develop clinical teams, and drive excellence across a leading healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide clinical leadership and support to clinic teams.
*Deliver training and professional development programmes.
*Lead quality improvement initiatives and share best practice.
*Ensure compliance with CQC, GOC, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
*Support performance management, clinical governance and patient safety.
*Drive improvements in patient experience and clinical outcomes.
*Build strong relationships with clinic managers, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
*Registered Healthcare Professional.
*Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
*Strong understanding of healthcare governance and regulatory compliance.
*Excellent communication and coaching skills.
*Experience in ophthalmology, surgery, aesthetics or a related clinical field would be advantageous.
*Willingness to travel extensively across the South East region.
