As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be:
*Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and management systems.
*Ensure statutory compliance, identify risks and implement effective control measures across the organisation.
*Oversee inspections, audits and corrective actions to maintain high safety standards.
*Work with employees, contractors and residents to promote safe working practices.
*Drive a positive health and safety culture and provide clear reporting to support effective governance.

Qualifications the Health and Safety Manager will need:
*Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
*NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
*Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

What you will receive as the Health and Safety Manager:
*£52,000-£55,000 salary
