This is a junior-level role with huge potential. We’re looking for someone confident, organised and genuinely passionate about building a career within HR. You don’t need years of HR experience. What matters most is your attitude, energy, attention to detail and willingness to learn. There is also the potential for the successful person to undertake a HR apprenticeship alongside the role, giving you the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while developing real, hands-on HR experience.
You’ll be joining an organisation at an incredibly exciting stage of its journey, with a fantastic culture and a genuine focus on developing its people.

Working closely with the wider team, you’ll provide day-to-day support across a really varied range of activities, including:
*Providing general HR administration and coordination
*Supporting recruitment activity from start to finish
*Arranging interviews and coordinating diaries
*Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
*Preparing recruitment and HR documentation
*Supporting onboarding and new starter processes
*Scheduling meetings, training and People activities
*Keeping HR systems, records and employee information up to date
*Helping to organise internal events and initiatives
*Supporting the People team with ad hoc projects
*Making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
This role is all about potential. You could already have some HR, recruitment or administration experience, or you might be working in a completely different environment and looking for your first opportunity to break into HR.
We’d love to speak to someone who is:
*Passionate about work, positive and enthusiastic
*Genuinely passionate about developing a career in HR
*Hungry to learn and happy to get stuck in
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicating with different people
*Comfortable juggling several things at once
*Proactive and willing to take ownership
*Professional when dealing with confidential information
*A real team player with a can-do attitude
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to learn. You’ll be surrounded by experienced people who can help you develop your knowledge and give you exposure to different areas of HR. This isn’t just another HR administration role. It’s an opportunity to build your career from the ground up within a fantastic organisation where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop and take on more as you grow.

You’ll benefit from:
*Fantastic exposure to HR and recruitment
*Potential to complete a HR apprenticeship
*Excellent learning and development opportunities
*Hybrid working
*Excellent company benefits
*A supportive, positive and inclusive culture
*The opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth
*Real responsibility and the chance to learn from experienced professionals
