Engagement: PAYE Contract
Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotation
We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared 1st Line Support Engineer to join a busy support team in Bracknell.
This is a fully onsite position supporting end users within a fast-paced environment, providing first-line technical support and ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Active SC Clearance (required)
*Previous 1st Line Support / Service Desk experience
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
*Active Directory user administration
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment
Shift Pattern
*4 Days On (7:00am - 7:00pm)
*4 Days Off
*4 Nights On (7:00pm - 7:00am)
*4 Days Off
*Continuous rotation
