We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Leeds.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team to provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of SEN
*Deliver targeted interventions and support strategies to help children reach their full potential
*Have a strong understanding of SEN and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual children
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and caring nature
Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN.
