Duties to include : Supporting the Fee Earners who will be carrying out the following duties
*Preparation of LPAs and Wills including the provision of IHT advice
*Dealing with the administration of estates and trust work
*Deputyship applications
*Being involved with the business development of the department

Salaray negotiable dependent on experience
