For co-founders, Mark Nash, Matt Swift and Daniel Keogh, having all worked in the recruitment industry for a combined number of 68 years prior, they saw a need for a new kind of recruitment agency that could offer a more tailored and bespoke service, which would be more beneficial to clients and candidates than was currently available from the South West region. 17 years on, our temporary placements exceed 1700 per week with a with a 60+ strong team of employees, working from 7 branches across the South West.
