Our strength is our ability to present opportunities across a wider spectrum of employers who appoint civil and structural professionals. The division is managed by Paul Cook, one of the UK’s most experienced recruiters in the sector whose previous background includes twenty-one years managing the Institution Civil Engineers recruitment division.Mechanical & Electrical Division: Places M&E project managers, supervisors, qualified electricians, estimators and quantity surveyors. Our clients typically carry out work in the commercial, industrial, residential and public sector. The division is managed by Bob Lethaby who began his career over twenty years ago setting up and servicing challenging technical M&E volume contracts for the Atomic Weapons Research establishment in Aldermaston, a client with the most demanding candidate selection process. By applying the same rigorous standards, he set up business to serve mechanical and electrical contractors throughout the South of England earning an industry-wide reputation for providing capable and dependable M&E professionals. Bob Lethaby teamed up with former colleague and civil and structural recruitment expert Paul Cook to form Lethaby & Cook creating a multi-discipline business providing recruitment expertise for the built environment.
