Approximately half of all placements are made overseas as a direct result of consultants having the experience, and with that a key understanding of the economies and business etiquettes that vary considerably from country to country. In 2013 a regional office was set-up in Norwich based on a growing demand from customers. Ascent Sourcing is able to draw upon an outstanding database and network of candidates in East Anglia going back over 20 years. This enables clients in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire access to a talent pool that other recruitment companies simply will not have access to.
