There’s over 50 years of pet retail experience between our paws; our customer can access a community-led in-store experience, or order products from our ever-flourishing website for theirs (and their furry friend’s) convenience! Jollyes offers everything from pet food, accessories, to toys and live animals, with select stores being home to services like The Jolly Groomer for grooming and washing, and the Community Pet Clinic for veterinary services. We’re trusted for offering quality service and creditable advice to our loyal pet parents. Our focus on a sense of community within our stores is possible thanks to our friendly, knowledgeable and passionate in-store colleagues, as well as the pet lovers that work in our Support Office. Our customers speak warmly about our fur-bulous store colleagues*, who are all ’pet people’ at their core like our Support Office colleagues - it’s a prerequisite to work for us! Our colleagues are known for their knowledge, with many specialising in specific animals or nutrition. Our online presence builds upon this foundation of helpful advice and acts as an extended resource for our customers.
