After completing a contract as a Recruitment Manager for a COINS Consultancy, Natalie’s knowledge and connections across the industry continued to grow wider. In July 2018 Watsham Consulting was founded, offering tailored recruitment services solely within the construction industry, with a penchant for COINS-specific roles.
