This means that, as the consultant working with you used to work in the same sector, possibly even in the same job, as you specialise in, or are recruiting for, we can provide a uniquely insightful and understanding Recruitment and Executive Search service, resulting in the best possible outcome.
Although we do have a Sales Recruitment division, this is the only area that Bond McKenzie would recruit an ex-salesperson to manage. All other divisions are staffed by non salespeople. So, for example, if you are recruiting an Accountant in the Financial Services sector, an ex-Financial Services Accountant will be the consultant that is assigned to you.
We feel that recruitment has becomes too "sales" oriented in the past decade and wish to buck this trend by truly consulting with our clients.
