I am a tenured external Talent Partner having worked in the industry for over 28 years. I joined Hays in the 90s and after a couple of promotions became a Regional Director covering Bristol, Cardiff and Reading. In 2004, I joined Robert Half ( Swindon) as the Office Manager. Within 12 months I had increased revenue by 84% and increased cumulative office revenue to ?1.6 million. In 2014, I then returned to Hays as the Office Manager (Swindon). As the Manager over the five years we achieved revenue growth of 187% and office fees of ?1.8 million in the financial year. The Swindon office won best performing office in 2013, 2014, 2016. In 2017, I was approached by the MD of Reed to launch their Finance Specialism; I became the highest billing Manager in Reed Finance.
