An established and successful business based in Royal Wootton Bassett is looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts & Payroll Officer to join its finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounts, payroll or finance administration experience who is looking for a part-time role with consistent hours, a supportive working environment and the opportunity to take on additional responsibility once established.
About the Job
*General accounts administration
*Purchase ledger & Sales ledger duties
*Processing invoices and payments
*Bank reconciliations
*Payroll administration
*Supplier and customer account queries
*Credit control
*Supporting month-end processes
*Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
*Supporting wider finance duties as required
Over time there will also be the opportunity to take on further responsibility, including P&L duties.
Benefits:
*£26,000 – £28,000 actual salary, depending on experience
*FTE equivalent approximately £41,000 to £44,800
*25 hours per week, with potential to increase to 30 hours
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata

*Opportunity to develop the role further over time
About You:
*The successful candidate will have previous experience within accounts administration, payroll, finance administration or a similar finance support role.
