About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced friendly well-established local company as a Lab Technologist on a part-time basis.
The successful applicant must have a background within chemistry and experience within a similar role.
Main responsibilities
*Monitor and improve chemical formulations in products
*Assisting with laboratory experiments
*Carry out theoretical analysis of chemical compounds and ingredients
*Technical product development
*Research and review competitor products and look at what is supplied in the market
*Sample and test products
Candidate requirements
*Previous experience within a similar role
*Chemistry qualification (useful)
*Methodical and organised approach to work
*Analytical mindset
*Good IT skills
