Job Description:
Are you Ready to Be the Right Hand in a Boutique Business?
Are you a highly experienced PA / Executive Assistant with 5+ years supporting senior leaders?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where no two days are the same?
I’m working exclusively with a dynamic boutique service business looking for their forever PA/EA to support their MDs.
This is not a standard 9–5 role.
This is influence, ownership, and being at the heart of the business.
The Role
You’ll be the engine behind the MDs — ensuring everything runs seamlessly and professionally.
You’ll:
*Own complex diary management and scheduling
*Attend meetings, take detailed notes, track actions, and maintain accountability
*Coordinate detailed global travel itineraries (including visas and documentation)
*Draft correspondence, contracts, proposals, presentations, and reports
*Prepare and manage budgets in line with client expectations
*Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and contractors
*Source venues, negotiate supplier costs, and review contracts carefully
*Improve internal systems and research new platforms
*Support event delivery and occasionally accompany MDs on site visits (including overseas when required)
*Provide discreet personal support when needed
You’ll be trusted with confidential information and expected to operate with absolute professionalism.
Flexibility & Additional Earnings
This role does require flexibility.
There will be:
*Out-of-hours work when business needs demand it
*Some weekend work, particularly around events
*Occasional travel, potentially overseas
The key point: any additional hours worked outside standard business hours are paid on top of your salary.
This is recognised and financially rewarded — flexibility is valued and compensated.
If you’re someone who enjoys being fully immersed in the role and thrives in a dynamic environment, this will suit you perfectly.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong MS Office & Google Workspace skills
*Discretion, sound judgement, and absolute professionalism
*Project management experience desirable
*Own Transport
You’ll be proactive, polished, and always one step ahead.
What’s In It For You?
*Join a growing, ambitious boutique business
*Work directly with inspirational MDs
*Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home
*Competitive salary + additional paid hours for out-of-hours/weekend work
*A genuine long-term opportunity where you can truly make your mark
If you’re looking for a role where you’re fully embedded in the business — and rewarded for the extra mile — this could be your next move.
