Head of FP&A
£95,000 + Bonus + £7,800 Car Allowance
Hybrid – Tues–Thurs office / Mon & Fri WFH

I am exclusively partnering with a fast-growing UK business experiencing record growth and major contract wins, to recruit a Head of FP&A.
This role has arisen due to internal promotion to Finance Director, offering a clear opportunity to step into a visible and influential leadership position.

The Role
*Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis
*Deliver monthly reporting with clear, actionable insight
*Build and develop robust financial models
*Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
*Drive improvements across FP&A processes and reporting
Key Experience
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong FP&A background with advanced modelling capability
*Proven leadership experience
*Experience driving change and process improvement
*Advanced Excel + Power BI (or similar)
Package
*£95,000 base salary
*Management bonus
*£7,800 car allowance
*26 days holiday + bank holidays (+ option to buy more)
