We work by appointment, visiting clients in their homes and premises, bringing samples, advising in context and managing projects through to installation.Our work combines consultative sales, practical design advice and careful project handling. Clients come to us for guidance on privacy, light control, glare, warmth, softness, practicality and appearance, and for a result handled properly from start to finish.We do not sell off the shelf and we do not hard sell. We help customers make good decisions, then turn those decisions into profitable, well-run projects. Our offering includes precise measuring and specification in the client’s home or premises, with decisions shaped in context and translated into an accurate, workable scheme. That calls for strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, pattern, texture and design use, together with the ability to work with us in raising accurate orders on our fabric suppliers, makers and fitters.Axford operates through an online and appointment-led model rather than a traditional high street showroom. It is a modern, efficient way of working, built around personal service and professional standards.We are now expanding into new geography through carefully selected sales territories.
